BriefMe app good for
I almost never wrote reviews for apps, in fact I think this is only my second or third one ever, but I have to review this app because it is by far the best news app I have ever used. It gives you all the information you need to know and all of the most important stories a tap away. I absolutely love this app and would recommend it to anyone who likes to know whats going on in the world, but doesnt want to spend a year trying to look it all up across the internet.
Excellent app for staying informed on hot news topics. BriefMe view is especially great when I dont need photos/the entire story.
Besides the occasional duplicates and that BriefMe view doesnt always capture all the essential images, this is an amazing app for news. I start my days with this to get my brain going before work. I used to use Circa, which was great as well but I love BriefMe view; especially that it loads faster than web view and doesnt show tons of ads or block content until you push "Read more..."
If you want exposure to liberal, conservative, alternative, and mainstream news sources, this app is for you. Its interesting to find out what people are reading and sharing at any given moment.

Some bad moments
Being someone with a busy schedule, Brief Me has been an amazing app for me. Its the only news app that keeps me up to date with what people are reading, as well as giving me a little summary. I love it. Its the only news app Ive liked.
Its everything you want and need to stay up-to-date with current of fairs both locally and world wide!
This app allows me to sound smart because it accumulates news articles from different sources. So my peers think I gather information from like 20 websites every day.
Just what Im looking for on the go. The sources are sometimes a bit biased, but which news feed doesnt have some bias? The format is outstanding. Loads super fast and never had it crash in the six months since I downloaded it. By far my favorite source for news bites. First thing I open in the morning after my email.
Love this app, the BriefMe view presents a clean, simplified, fast loading view of most news articles. One of the best news readers Ive ever used.
its a good idea and I look at it a few times a day, being a news junkie. But it has become very clear that its algorithm for its most read articles is misleading for the most part, this is clearly a left leaning news source. it frustrates me that they cant be honest about who they are.
